About Us - The Black Sheep

The foundations were laid over 20 years ago with the now infamous "Sheep Store" which helped in forming the history of the Manchester street scene, with past team riders like Andy Scott, Rik Cooper, Femi Bukunola and many others, we know we have our roots firmly in place. We employ people who love what they do that includes Professional skateboarders and Bmx riders who carry a vast knowlegde about everything we sell.

From there we went on to open Manchester’s only 10,000 sq f tindoor skatepark to support the local scene in what’s probably the Nations wettest city. So now with everything under one roof and the street spots all within skating distance things couldn’t be better.

The Black Sheep Store is proud to have the title "The Best Skate Shop Team" in Europe after competing with every other shop team as far as Isreal and coming out on top at the Vans Shop Riot !
